Why use a designer?
There is a major difference between a Website Designer and a Graphic Designer. To become a Website Designer, you do not need any qualifications - anybody who can code a webpage can call themselves a Web Designer.
Any Web Developer could just say that they are a Web Designer, when in reality they need a Graphic Designer - Web Developers can certainly make a website do some wondrous things, as long as it doesn't have to look very good!
